In May 2010 I went to a Moth StorySLAM, and after standing line multiple times before and not even getting in (it's a popular event) I finally made it in the door. I got the last seat, put my name in the bucket, and I was called to tell a story! And then I won! So, New York City, it turns out you like plump nerdy girls way more than I thought. Someone needs to tell your stores that sell cute pants. My apologies to Whoopi for my botched tribute.
