Chris Pratt plays Andy Dwyer in NBC's "Parks and Recreation." We had the chance to speak with Pratt at PaleyFest2011 at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, California, on March 9, 2011. We remarked on the fact that Andy, despite being a somewhat clueless fellow, has managed to have relationships with some amazingly beautiful women in Pawnee, Indiana.
