Mr. Pratt was found guilty of domestic violence, felonious assault, interfering with a communications device and unlawful imprisonment of his most recent girl-friend. He was sentenced on January 7, 2008 to 4 1/2-15 years in prison and was sent to Bellamy Creek Correctional Facility in Ionia.
