Sandie Shaw Interview Made In Dagenham World Premiere

We talk to singer Sandie Shaw on the red carpet at the world premiere of Made In Dagenham, the latest film from Calendar Girls Director Nigel Cole, starring Bob Hoskins, Daniel Mays and Sally Hawkins. The film tells the real life story of a small group of women who brought car manufacturing giant Ford to it's knees in the 1960s with strike action over equal pay for women workers. Singing legend Sandie who was one of the most distinctive voices of the 1960's and is a former Eurovision song contest winner contributes to the soundtrack and has a personal connection to the story. Sandie grew up in Dagenham and also briefly worked in the Ford factory featured in the film.
