The MrMen cartoons were aired from 1975 to 1978. They were narrated by Arthur Lowe. These are based on the books. These are the 2 series. And Little Miss cartoons were aired in 1983. The series aired the same year in America and ended production in 1997. It was all the Little Miss stories, they were narrated by John Alderton and Pauline Collins (Arnold Stang in America). In the first part of this video is Mr Messy: Mr Messy lives in a house which is very dirty inside and outside.For example,the windows are broken,the food is spoiled on the floor and many else...Until,one day,two men,Mr Neat and Mr Tidy are going to a visit to Mr Messy and saw all this mess...and they decide to turned Mr. Messy's life around and made him neat and tidy! The two men "brushed, swept, polished and scrubbed" his house until it sparkled. And after they'd turned their attention to Mr. Messy, and bathed him, he looked in the mirror and remarked: "I'm going to have to change my name!" but then once they left he threw a fit and started being messy again. In the second part of this video is Mr Mean: Mr. Mean never spends a penny of his money. He is so mean he gives his brother a piece of coal for Christmas. One day a wizard starts disguising as people in need. Each time Mr. Mean rejects helping them, a spell is placed on a part of his body, such as his nose turning into a carrot, his ears turning into tomatoes.
