24th annual Genesis Awards, Beverly Hills, March 20, 2010

Nearly 1000 people attended the 24th annual Genesis Awards in Beverly Hills on March 20, 2010. The event was held in the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton. Humane movement luminaries present at the event included Dr. Andrew Rowan (observed in opening shot of video), Wayne Pacelle, Tippi Hedren, Richard O'Barry among others. The feature films UP and Hotel for Dogs tied for best in category while Death on a Factory Farm won for best TV documentary. Whale Wars snagged the best in Reality Series.
