Hello fashionistas -- welcome back to ClevverTV. I'm your girl Joslyn Davis with a quick look at one of our favorite ladies here on the show. Pretty Little Liars' very own Shay Mitchell showed off her model-good looks at the CNN Heroes Event. The all-star tribute also had an all-star red carpet and Shay dazzled in an uber classy look. She chose a somewhat simple and classic black full-length gown with a sweetheart neckline. However, she added a bit of her own flair with an amazing necklace. It was made of large blue dark blue gem stones and then layered in several tiers. Her hair and makeup were similarly classic and elegant -- overall this look was sheer perfection.
