Well this one will blow you away. This is in 1991 "before Theawfuless was born" and Joe's first time at the ISGC. He absolutely stole the crowd and Scotty was a little reluctant to have him back again. BUT, the rest is history amongst steelers. Joe steals (or steels) the show anywhere he goes.
