"A Lie of the Mind"

At once wildly comic and deeply affecting, A Lie of the Mind entwines the destinies of two families from California and Montana into a searing snapshot of America today. Joined together by the marriage of Jake and Beth, the two families are suddenly torn apart after a life changing incident leaves Beth hospitalized with a brain injury. Deception, jealously, and anger run rampant within and between both families as they try to make sense of the terrible tragedy that has befallen Beth. A Lie of the Mind won the New York Drama Critics Award, Outer Critics Circle Award and Drama Desk Award.
