Sundance Institute Founder and President Robert Redford and Kenneth Cole, designer and Sundance Institute board member, discuss the spirit of volunteerism at the Sundance 2011 Film Festival. As a not-for-profit organization, Sundance relies, in part, on volunteers. Each year, Cole designs and donates a vest that is the volunteers' official uniform.
