Mary Tudor pregnant? Sister of Elizabeth and daughter of Henry VIII's first wife, Catherine of Aragon. At the age of 38, Mary marries, Phillip of Spain and shortly after announced she was pregnant. She was in confinement for a year and doctors were not permitted to see or touch her. After a year they said the pregnancy was clearly in her mind but more than likely she had developed a tumor.
