Muleskinner Red Rocking Chair

Muleskinner was a bluegrass super group formed in 1973. Members included David Grisman- mandolin, Richard Greene- fiddle, Bill Keith- banjo, Peter Rowan- guitar/vocals, & Clarence White- guitar. This song comes from the soundtrack to a TV concert special that the group did. They made one album together but lasted less than a year, as each member had other bands they were working with. Clarence White was killed by a drunk driver while unloading instruments from a parked car only months after this recording.
