Martin Talkz - (Episode 2): Sister Act

And now it is time for my second episode of Martin Talkz in which for today's episode, I will be reviewing the extremely funny musical-comedy movie Sister Act. Now, I don't have Sister Act on VHS nor DVD, but I have seen the movie before and I do have the film's original soundtrack (Which I do show in this video as well). But anyways, as you all know, Sister Act was produced by Touchstone Pictures and it was originally released into theaters back on May 29, 1992. Also, some of the stars of the film are Whoopi Goldberg (playing the film's main character Delores Van Cartier (aka Sister Mary Clarence). Of course, the roles was originally meant to played by Bette Midler, but Whoopi ended up getting the role instead), Maggie Smith (as the Mother Superior), Harvey Keitel (as the film's villain Vince), Kathy Najimy (as one of the sisters in St. Catherine's Convent), and the late Mary Wickes (as Sister Mary Lazarus). After all, this film also one of the best comedy movies of 1992 (along with Wayne's World, Aladdin, and Home Alone 2: Lost In New York) as well as one of the best movies that Whoopi Goldberg has ever done (along with The Color Purple back in 1985).
