Finished watching A Scandal in Belgravia today. Um. In case you haven't learned yet: if you must judge me, don't do it based on my Channel. That would then mean I'm a very one-sided person. Explanation: It's not so much "OMG IRENE/SHERLOCK GREATEST COUPLE EVAAAR!!!" as it is that I just wanted to use a Gotye song on them. So breathe easy, JohnLock fans. I thought it was the perfect song not so much because it was a breakup song, but because it had that bitterness and the "touche'-ness" about it, and, let's face it, now they both really are somebodies that each other knew from now on, if ever Irene is still alive (huhuhu). Plus "that was love and it's an ache I still remember" is such an Irene line. And when I first started watching when Sherlock was busting her Kimbra's verse immediately played in my head.
