What appealed to me enormously, apart from the sheer thrill of being published, was to have a shot at writing "Doctor Who" (1963). Not only that, but to write "Doctor Who" as I thought it should be done, effectively redressing what I felt to have been wrong with the programme in its later years.

So...I've started to ship Sherlock/John. I don't know what took me so long! I've always loved Sherlock, but in recent weeks I've become obsessed. The finale made me go through ever spec of emotion, & at several points I was shouting at my tv which never happens. So yeah it's definitely become one of my top 3 shows!
