This is the song "Foreign Policy" by Antischism, set to scenes from the movie The Indestructible Man (1956), starring Lon Chaney Jr. Antischism, an anarcho-punk or crust punk band from South Carolina, was active for a fairly short period of a few years in the early 1990's. Their entire discography is available on a single album. The Indestructible Man is, these days, probably best known for its appearance on Mystery Science Theater 3000, aired in 1992. This was a movie made in the later career of Lon Chaney Jr., and certainly not, in retrospect, one for which he's better known. Following this, he would have about a decade and a half left to grace the screen with his presence.
