I just visited www.fightchronicdisease.org, where I watched an important video message from the Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease delivered by Phylicia Rashad, Katey Sagal, Mary-Louise Parker and Lauren Bacall. Please take a minute to go to this site, watch the video and send it to your friends. It reminds us all that as we head to the polls on November 4, we need to be talking about the number one issue for our families -- healthcare -- and the number one cause of death, disability, and the rising cost of healthcare today -- chronic disease.
