Grey's Anatomy's eighth season is already underway, but prior to that, ET got the chance to talk to the cast about what's in store for everyone. From Dr. April Kepner (Sarah Drew) becoming chief resident to the ongoing drama between Dr. McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), everyone's starting off in an array of precarious situations. Even Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and Dr. Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) are going through the motions, something Kevin considered to be a microcosm of what's going to happen this time around. "It's a really tense time relationship wise," Kevin said. "Everybody's relationship is going through turmoil. The hospital's going through a turmoil with the scandal of a clinical trial coming out. People are really addressing their relationships with each other, so it's quite explosive and pretty dramatic. The never-ending drama definitely seems to be a focal point in this series.
