Foundation staff were pleased to attend a press conference held at North York General Hospital on August 25, 2011 to hear an announcement of a major funding initiative from the Ontario Government. Kathleen Wynne, MPP Don Valley West, and David Zimmer, MPP Willowdale, were present to make the announcement, along with Tim Rutledge, President and CEO, North York General Hospital, and Dunbar Russel, Chair of the Hospital Board of Governors.
