The 18-year-old actress chatted with the mag about her oh-so-famous make-out pic with Victorious star Avan Jogia. "If you look at the picture, I'm turned away, and he's kissing me on the cheek. It's very hilarious to me that people say, 'They're making out.' In making out, there's a tongue," she shared. Miley also commented about having her parent's divorce out in the public.
