Rare John Perretti interview 1999 pt 1 (Ken Shamrock dis)

John Perretti (former matchmaker for the UFC) discusses his beef with Ken Shamrock, Jamie Levine and the (then) future of MMA after UFC 22. For those who don't know, John Perretti was the original MMA pioneer and almost solely responsible for implementing weight classes and rounds in MMA- and taking the competition from spectacle to sport. He worked as matchmaker for the UFC during it's "dark period". When Zuffa bought the UFC in 2002, Perretti was relieved of his position and replaced with Joe Silva. He trashes steroid abuser and "mediocre ankle-cranker" Ken Shamrock, as well as now convicted sex-offender, Jamie Levine in this video.
