John Oliver at Lakeshore Theater

John Oliver is a British comedian and correspondent on The Daily Show on Comedy Central. In 2008, Oliver got his first hour-long stand-up special on the network. John Oliver: Terrifying Times premiered on April 20, 2008. In addition to his stand-up comedy and Daily Show duties, Oliver also appeared in the 2008 Mike Myers comedy film The Love Guru. Oliver frequently collaborates with fellow comedian Andy Zaltzman. Together, the pair have written and performed several comedy programs for BBC Radio 4, including The Department and Political Animal. Oliver will be performing at Lakeshore Theater in Chicago on August 22nd at 7:30 and 10:30pm. Come check out the show!
