10-26-11 League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County and Delaware County Community College present Candidates for the three seats open on Delaware County Council. Republicans are Tom McGarrigle, incumbent; Colleen Morronne and John McBlain. Democrats are Keith Collins, Lin A. Floyd and Jayne Young. Moderator: Michele Howard of the Chester County League.
