I have over 10 years experience in the health & fitness industry and am the founder of JD Personal Training. My clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people. In 2009 I was selected to be one of the personal trainers for the Comic Relief Celebrity Mount Kilimanjaro climb, working withThe Sun's showbiz editor Gordon Smart, who lost over 2 stone. Im currently training Gordon Smart & Vernon Kay for the London Triathlon (Aug 2010) which well be doing alongside Jenson Button and maybe Jonathan Ross. Im also an expert & writer for Fitness TV on SKY.
