HE, SHE and STRINDBERG is a modern drama about the eternal triangle, which unfolds in the theatrical environment. Peter (Kenneth Carmohn) is an unemployed and disillusioned stage director about to be swallowed up by his own despondency. Only when his girlfriend Marie (Trine Appel), who is an actress, also out of work, suggests, that they make Strindberg's one-act play "The Strongest" with their famous actress friend Liza (Iben Hjejle) as a draw, Peter regains his zest. The eternal triangle unfolds and the players fight out the battle of the sexes on stage and in bed.
