When I saw this movie, I thought "Did Lee Rose (writer/director) bug my house for those 4 years(15-19) and then write this movie based on that?" I OWN NOTHING AND NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED!!! music:the SO VERY TALENTED Ani DiFranco-32 Flavors from the album "Living In Clip" (If you haven't heard her, look into her...it's really poetry put to music) anyways, it's got a great cast including Ellen Muth (Jane) *also from the show "Dead Like Me"*, Stockard Channing (Jane's mom), Kelly Rowan (Jane's teacher), Alicia Lagano (Jane's girlfriend) and RuPaul Charles (Jane's mom's friend) and as much as it is "Ooohhh, ouch I remember that talk..." it is also funny and light-hearted at the same time...it's one I definitely recommend at least looking into. It reminded me of the rocky times between me and my mom and made me realize how much more I appreciated her after she came around and realized that I was who I was ....After mom got comfortable with it, geez...it was rainbow EVERYTHING!!! even a rainbow rosary. I mean, the woman was on a mission...
