this song was written by Chick Endor and published by Shapiro, Bernstein & Co of New York in 1925. It was first performed by Cliff Edwards (Ukulele Ike) in the musical comedy 'Lady, Be Good' the same year, when it was staged at New York's Liberty Theatre I recorded this take on the song at home on a BeanSprout concert scale banjo-ukulele in January 2011, using an old coat hanger as a kazoo rack.
