It is a fantastic love story that has stayed with us movie lovers for decades and will continue to do so. Please, after you watch this video go rent the movie It Happened One Night, or buy it. Your movie collection isn't complete unless this is part of it. Ellen Andrews, aka. Ellie,(Claudette Colbert) has married a famous aviator named King Wesley. She defies her father's orders on having the marriage anulled and flees to meet Kind in New York. She takes a night bus where she meets Peter (Clark Gable), a recently fired journalist. He offers to escort Ellie to New York hoping to get a great new story for him to write. One the way he realizes he wants something more than a great story, he wants her. Directed by Frank Capra.
