Onboard the USS Freedom LCS 1,Top Navy Brass, LL Cool J & Chris O'Donnell - NCIS Los Angeles

Every September in San Diego The United States Navy offers tours of state of the art Navy ships This year one of the three ships was the USS Freedom. This film shows many areas of the ship, including the bridge and command center on board. This was incredible to see firsthand, and if you ever get the chance, where you live to do it, I reccommend it highly. Fleet Week San Diego also offered a chance for NCIS Los Angeles Stars LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell to visit the real-life "set" of the Navy and their top brass. They were on board the same time I was, so I just let 'er roll - in comes Cool J and O'Donnel, along with some of the Navy's top brass, including a Vice Admiral. The two CBS series stars also took a tour of the Freedom, accompanied by some officers, and their body guards. If you are watching this video only to see those two guys, they appear later in the video, after I had finished my tour inside the ship. CBS cameras were just to the left of where I was standing, and they had the two guys do some promo for the NCIS season startup.
