Dad's Army - The Opening of the Bressingham Museum

A number of years ago I attended a Dad's Army convention where I was given a VHS video tape. This contained what I believe to be the opening of the Dad's Army Appreciation Society's museum at Bressingham, Thetford, UK. It starts with a short news item from Anglian TV and then goes onto amateur video footage from the day. The quality is not very good but please persevere as there are some excellent snippets of the Dad's Army gang. All credit to the cameraman who unfortunately is not known to me. The Bressingham Museum has been open since 2000 so it is quite possible this is the year the video was recorded.
