21st Annual MAYBERRY DAYS Thursday - Sunday, September 23-26, 2010 Celebrating the 50th Aniversary of The Andy Griffith Show 1960-2010 Despite the rain on Saturday, the 20th Annual Mayberry Days was as big as ever! From the tee off at Cross Creek on Thursday morning to the opening of the new Andy Griffith Museum to the last gospel song at the Blackmon Amphitheatre on Sunday morning, it was a memorable weekend for everyone. The Surry Arts Council would like to thank all who participated - fans, volunteers, City officials and law enforcement, vendors, barbecue cookers, tribute artists, musicians, and the town of Mount Airy.
