For the verse it's just the bottom half of an A minor bar-chord with your pinky on the little E string, 8th fret. Then the second chord is just your standard D minor7 bar-chord. In the chorus I play a full A minor bar-chord (bunched into one fret), followed by the D minor7... I slide up to E minor7 occasionally.
