Under Capricorn

In 1831, Irishman Charles Adare travels to Australia to start a new life with the help of his cousin, who is the governor. Upon arrival, he meets powerful landowner and ex-convict Sam Flusky. While attending a dinner party at Flusky's house, Charles meets his wife Henrietta, who turns out to be his childhood friend. Henriett'a alcoholism has her teetering on the brink of insanity.
