Each year, approximately 50 individuals from diverse fields and backgrounds are selected through a competitive process to participate in the nine-month institute beginning in September and ending in June. The program offers increased awareness and understanding of our community, leadership skills development, cultivation and opportunities for engagement, and a broader network of personal and professional relationships. "Valley Leadership welcomes these outstanding leaders from across the valley into Class 33," said Michelle Hernandez, Valley Leadership Board Chair. "These leaders were selected from a stellar group of candidates and we have high expectations for them. We are confident that each of these leaders will make a positive impact on our community."
