When "Perry Mason" was cancelled in 1966, CBS tried to find another good lawyer show. This is a scene from a pilot called "Higher and Higher, Attorneys at Law" which my father made (as Production Manager). The cast was EXTRAORDINARY with PRE-"Graduate" Dustin Hoffman, PRE "MASH" Alan Alda and Sally Kellerman, "The Fugitive's" Barry Morse, and Robert Forster. The pilot alone cost CBS more than a half-million dollars. It was so bad, CBS scrapped it almost without a second look.....and it has NEVER been seen (I don't even remember if they aired it ONCE! Enjoy this piece of CLASSIC 60's TV.
